Conditions of Sale
These Conditions of Sale apply to every order placed on the Pupora website. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions, along with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Products
Pupora sells pet lifestyle products designed for everyday pet-care routines. Customers must check product sizes, materials and usage instructions on each product page before ordering.
Pupora products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Pets should be supervised when required during use.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, duties or shipping fees, which are displayed at checkout.
Promotional pricing is valid only for the duration listed and may change or expire without notice.
4. Payment
Payment is required at the time the order is placed. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted third-party payment providers.
By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total displayed at checkout.
5. Order Acceptance And Cancellation
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if:
- a product is unavailable;
- a payment fails or is declined;
- we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity;
- there is a pricing or product information error.
If your order is canceled by us, you will be refunded any amount already charged.
6. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, product launches or promotional events.
7. Shipping And Delivery
Pupora currently ships to the United States. Estimated delivery is usually 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Pupora is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
9. Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. Returns must follow the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery at pupora@northwoodbrands.com.
10. Promotions And Discounts
Promotions, discount codes and bundle offers may change, be limited in quantity or expire without notice. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and do not apply retroactively to past orders.
11. Liability
Pupora is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of its products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
12. Changes To These Conditions
We may update these Conditions of Sale at any time. The version in effect when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
